	Juhani Aho museum Juhani Aho (1861–1921) was well known Finnish national writer born in Iisalmi. The little parsonage in Mansikkaniemi was built in the 1840s. The parsonage has served as a museum since 1958. There are some 500 items in the museums's collection, acquired from the Aho family and Iisalmi Parsonage. There are also buildings from the 1840s in the museums's courtyard. Entrance fee is 1,5€–3€. Iisalmi Culture Centre Iisalmi Culture Centre is the location of many cultural events in Iisalmi. Building includes library, community college, music college, summer university of Kuopio, museum of natural science and showroom Venny for rotating art exhibitions. 	Museum of local history Exhibits life of peasants and traditional way of life. In addition to 300 years old main building there is storehouse, barn, workshop and wind mill. 	Children's traffic park In traffic park children under ages of 10 can learn rules of traffic with pedal cars. Children are taught traffic rules by arranging driving instruction and road-themed tasks. Entrance is free of charge. 	Museum of natural science In museum of natural science you can explore nature and animals of Upper Savo region. Entrance is 2€ adults, children accompanied by an adult free of charge. 	Tepi Länsivuori exhibition Teuvo "Tepi" Länsivuori is former GP motorcycle racer born in Iisalmi. During his active years (1969 - 1978) he took part in 74 Grand Prix races, gained eight wins, 27 podium finishes, seven pole positions and 12 fastest laps. Exhibition is free of charge. Iisalmi market hall Kauppakatu 14, 74100 Iisalmi		Koljonvirta area From historical influences, many cultural products have been created in Iisalmi that speak to Finnish and foreign tourists. In the Koljonvirta area, you can enjoy many kinds of history-related products, such as the Koljonvirta 1808 Multimedia Theatre or, say, the Antigues Market. A riding centre and Iisalmi's charming garden village are located in the immediate vicinity of the area. In the Koljonvirta camping area, a wide range of activity programmes are available.
	Brewery museum Right next to Olvi brewery is brewery museum which exhibits history of beer brewing. Collections are mostly from 1800s and beginning of 1900s. Entrance to museum is free of charge.
